A client recently had a problem with GU10 LED lamps which he purchased from us. The lamps were working perfectly when switched on, but flashed occasionally when switched off. We were confident that the lights were fine, but we struggled to understand the cause of the problem. Obviously, the capacitor was discharging accumulated charge - but the power source was a mystery.
